Shipping​

 

Free UK delivery
We offer free delivery across the UK on all mattresses. Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your mattress arrives safely and efficiently.

How we deliver
Whenever possible, our in-house team will deliver your mattress, set it up in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging. For locations beyond our local delivery area, we may use a trusted third-party courier.


All our mattresses are handmade to order. Typical lead times are:

  • Standard sizes: 2–4 weeks

  • Custom sizes: 4–6 weeks

 

We will confirm your expected delivery date once your order is placed and keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns

​

In-store purchases
If you've tested your mattress in-store, we ask that you carefully consider your choice before buying. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used mattresses unless faulty.

​

Online purchases
If you've purchased online and haven’t tested the mattress in person, you are entitled to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.

​

Custom orders
Custom size mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as they are made specifically to your measurements.

Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as soon as possible.
